The store is usually clean and the staff are always helpful. It is a bit cramped in some aisles but it is also a locally owned shop which is a big plus.

I can call and someone will answer. I am not transfered. That's nice. The store is small enough that the person I called ran to check whether my item was on the shelf. I was on hold for less than a minute! So happy to work with competent staff in a small store that still has what I want from a hardware store.

I come here often to get odds and ends. They have made keys for me, paint, and random tools. I always enjoy coming here. Its amazing such a small looking store could have just about everything you could want inside!
